Attorney Jhenerr Hines

Jhenerr Hines primarily practices criminal defense. She was a criminal defense and Federal Civil Rights Litigation attorney at Michael P. Maddux, P.A. before opening her own practice in 2015. Jhenerr got her start in criminal defense as a Florida Bar Certified Legal Intern in the Middle District of Florida’s Federal Defender’s Office. She was passionate about contributing significantly to the lives of others and has volunteered countless hours to the Community Law Program, Bay Area Legal Services, and Big Brothers Big Sisters of America as well as local elementary schools. She received the William F. Blews award for outstanding public service in 2013.
Originally from Montego Bay, Jamaica, Jhenerr has been a Florida resident for the past decade. Jhenerr Hines graduated from Bethune-Cookman University with a Bachelor of Science Degree, summa cum laude. She graduated from Stetson University College of Law’s honors program, cum laude, where she competed with Stetson Law’s award-winning Moot Court Board and was inducted into Phi Delta Phi Legal Honors Fraternity. Jhenerr is currently on the board of directors of the Hillsborough County Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. She is also the Young Lawyers Division Chair and Press Secretary of the George Edgecomb Bar Association.
Jhenerr has been a speaker at local law school and bar association events, teaching lawyers and students topics on Criminal law, marketing, and law practice management. Jhenerr Hines is also the recipient of the George Edgecomb Bar Association’s 2016 Outstanding Young Lawyers Award. Attorney Charis Campbell
Charis Campbell obtained her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Florida, where she graduated Cum Laude, with a major in Criminology and a minor in African Studies. She obtained her Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law. Charis founded C.A. Campbell Law, PLLC in 2015. Her practice focuses primarily on Real Estate and Family Law, both fields that she is intensely passionate about. The types of family law cases that she handles include paternity, divorce, child support and dependency. She also defends homeowners in foreclosure cases and assist with loan modification programs. She currently serves as the Vice-President of the Fred G. Minnis Sr., Bar Association. She is also an active member of the The Canakaris Inn of Court and an active volunteer with the Guardian ad Litem Program.
